What You Receive
Every custom piece is designed to your specifications and built by local craftspeople in Comox — using woods sourced from Vancouver Island and joinery techniques that outlast trends.
This is not catalogue furniture with your name on it. We start with your idea, refine the design with you, and hand the drawings to our shop. What arrives at your home is one of one — built to fit your space, your light, and the way you actually live.
The Process
We start in your space — measuring, asking questions, and understanding how the piece will be used. Your dimensions, your daily routines, your aesthetic.
You receive scaled drawings and renderings to review and approve. Joinery, dimensions, finishes — every detail signed off before a single board is milled.
Hardwoods, slabs, and stone selected from Vancouver Island sources where possible. You can visit the shop and pick your own slab when the project calls for it.
Built one piece at a time by local woodworkers using traditional joinery — mortise and tenon, dovetails, hand-finished edges. Made to last generations.
Stains, oils, hardware, and inlays selected to match your home's palette. Sample boards delivered for approval before final finishing begins.
White-glove delivery to your home, careful placement, and a full walkthrough on care and maintenance — so your piece looks as good in ten years as the day it arrived.
